After eight years with a credit union, we decided it was time to move our finances to a bank. Kate was a great help and introduced us to products that we hadn't been able to use previously which will benefit us greatly in the future. Kate was friendly and professional in helping us with obtaining a loan and her assistance in liaising with the bank made the whole process less stressful.
